My objective is to provide mediation and arbitration services for affordable fees based on the nature of the action, complexity of issues and the financial resources of the parties. I conduct mediations via Zoom and in person. I also offer to mediate in the evenings and weekends in order to accommodate attorneys’ and parties’ busy schedules.
In most cases, the schedule of Fees below outlines fees for mediations and arbitrations, including those conducted in the evenings and weekends. In some cases, in consultation with the parties, additional or higher fees may apply if the nature of the case or complexity of the issues warrants them. In addition, there are some cases and disputes that can reasonably be mediated in half a day, in which case the half day fee indicated below will apply. I will consult with the parties who desire a half day mediation to determine whether the matter may reasonably be resolved within a four and a half (4 1/2) hour time frame. Full day mediations begin at 9am unless the parties and I otherwise agree, and will continue that day until completed. I commit to work with the parties through the evening, if necessary.
Fees for mediations include my time to study documents, research legal issues, communicate with the parties and counsel, assist the parties in preparing draft and final agreements and process them for signature, and any other things reasonably necessary to facilitate the parties reaching full agreement.
Fees for arbitrations include studying documents, researching legal issues, setting hearing procedures, organizing and scheduling the hearing, making a decision on all submitted issues and preparing and issuing reasoned decisions if requested. Arbitrations will typically run from 9am to 5pm.
Mediation Fees:
- Full Day: $1200 per party
- Half-Day: $800 per party

- $1500 per day, per party
